- Assist Director of Finance & Events with GFWC's large annual events including yearly conventions and Board of Directors meetings
- Research and secure event necessities such as entertainment, speakers, transportation, tours, food and beverage, etc.
- Manage online event registration process via Cvent including building registration content and supporting attendees in the registration process. 
- Develop and maintain the official GFWC App (700+ users) for iPhone iOS and Android using the DoubleDutch developers platform. Build all app content including both organizational information and Convention information. Also produced an "App User Guide" for external use. 
- Coordinate smaller events held at headquarters including the annual holiday open house and Women’s History Month reception.  
- Work with Communcations Department to create event visibility through publications such as weekly e-newsletters and GFWC’s Clubwoman Magazine
