Introducting: Featured Fete Fridays!

Grace SorianoComment

Happy Friday and thank Jesus! Is it just me or did this week go by SO slow? Well, cheers to the weekend!

Today I am starting a new feature on my blog called Featured Fete Fridays aka #FeatFeteFridays! Every Friday I'm going to round up my favorite blog posts, articles, instagrams, photo shoots etc. that have to do with the events industry.

So let's get started, shall we...

Tassle and Tastemakers, Be Inspired PR

Be Inspired PR held their annual Tassles and Tastemakers soiree this week and the photos are absolutely gorgeous. Going through their Instagram tag, I was filled with a mix of serious FOMO and inspiration. But the one photo that caught my eye was their illuminated bar sign. What a cool and unique idea!

DC Baseball Wedding Inspiration, United with Love

Can you believe Opening Day is just around the corner? I am a huge DC Baseball fan, so whenever I see someone put incorporate the Nationals in their weddings and events, I automatically love it. Check out the fun examples United with Love posted here.

DIY Pinata Letter Signage, Lauren Conrad

As someone who tries to be as thrifty as possible, I always look for easy DIY decor as opposed to buying something ready-made from Michaels or websites like Etsy. Granted I'm not the best DIY-er, but Lauren Conrad's DIY Pinata Letter Signage is something that definitely looks easy enough. You better believe I'm going to keep this one in mind next time Cinco de Mayo rolls around!

Two Awesome Insider Secrets about Shutterfly, A Practical Wedding

I love the idea of using websites like Shutterfly (or MixBook, Snapfish, etc.) for your events. Not only is it inexpensive because they always have tons of promotions going on, but it is so easy to use even if you don't have any design experience. A Practical Wedding hits some of these points on the head with their article "Two Awesome Insider Secrets about Shutterfly." Give it a read and consider it for your wedding or next event!

That's all I've got for today. I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend!
